ATron
Policy scope
This policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through ATron. Specific product categories may have different return conditions where noted on product pages.
Return window
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (for example final sale, personalized products, or opened consumables where applicable).
How to start a return
To request a return, contact support with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will share the approval status and next return steps.
Refund eligibility
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping cost
Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility. We will clarify applicable costs during return approval.
Exchanges and damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeline, first check with your bank/payment provider, then contact us so we can help trace the transaction.
Processing timeline
After approval, refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing time.
Policy changes
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The latest version is always published on this page and applies from the stated effective date.
