Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement on business days (excluding Sundays, Saturdays and national + festival holidays).

• Delivery Window: Estimated delivery timelines range from 5 to 12 business days depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Rest of India: 8 to 12 business days.

  • Remote/Special Zones: Up to 12 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders nationwide unless specified otherwise during checkout promotion windows.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience charge may apply to COD orders, which is clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking code and carrier details will be sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment status on our platform or the logistics partner's portal using the provided link.
